John G. Moran , Founder & CEO

John has an extensive career in the Financial Community spanning over 45 years. Starting with Mitchell Hutchins in 1964-1976 and finishing as a Vice President.  Joining Morgan Stanley in 1976 -1996 leaving as a Principal before joining  The NASDAQ Stock Market as an Executive Director of Clearance and Settlements through 2002. 

Significant knowledge of back office operations allows him to plan and execute unique ideas to Operations executives. Having also served on many Industry sponsored committees over the years, he has attained a reputation of being a ‘making it happen‘ citizen of the community. 

Robert C. Farley, President 

Bob is currently Head of Business Development at Global 21st Century Group, Inc. and President of PEMS USA Inc.  He was most recently a Managing Director and the Head of North American Sales & Relationship Management covering Financial Intermediaries for BNP Paribas’ Securities Services business. Prior to BNP Paribas, he worked at JP Morgan within Morgan Guaranty Trust Company’s Securities Trust & Institutional Services (STIS) business until it was sold to BNP Paribas in 1995.  

He started his career with Citibank in 1985 in their Management Training Program as a Management Associate working in Financial Institutions Transaction Services operations focused on Cash Management and Securities Processing. He is a graduate of Fairfield University, located in Fairfield, Connecticut.
